(You are beyond ten-minutes late for your scheduled reservation without communicating your expected lateness) ________________________________ 2) If you fail to appear for your appointment without communicating. ________________________________ 3) If you cancel outside of the 12 hour limit. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• No-shows will be responsible for full service charge. ________________________________ This payment must be paid by end of the same business day (7pm Wed-Fri; 4pm Sat) via venmo, cashapp, or payment link (sent from Square). ________________________________ Failure to pay service charge by end of business day will prohibit you from making future appointments. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• I value and respect your appointment time, and I want to ensure everyone else has the same respect for me.
